I am trying to perfect a recipe for strawberry cupcakes. Last time I made them they were a little flat. This time I am using the "Classic 1-2-3-4 Cake" recipe in Susan Purdy's Pie in the Sky. Her recipes really seem to work here in Denver. I added chopped strawberries which hopefully won't mess with the rise to much. We'll see :) The cookies are ready, cupcakes are cooling. Assembly tomorrow. Night!
